About Tiffany
TiffanyNesbitt.com is a call to the water.
It’s an invitation to come and soak, moving deeper into the hidden reservoir of our God-breathed, Christ-exalting faith, that fathomless river which rushes through our core but often remains untapped. It’s the courage to brave the heat, standing undaunted as the inferno rages. It’s uncovering the wonder that the pruning of sanctification is the genesis of abundant fruit.
It is joy for the journey. Grace and goodness and mystery, hope and harvest and certainty.
These reflections have been birthed through the travail and triumph of life. Many are the prize of years of Jacob-like wrestling. Others are the observations and mediations of a day. As you ponder each, may you be mightily met by the God of endurance, encouragement and hope (Romans 15:5 &13).
I’m first and forever a Jesus lover—a passionate worshiper and risky-faith girl who will drop anything to sit at His feet or go where He sends me.
I’m a shower singer, a historical fiction reader and an unashamed musical lover. I delight in celebrating milestones; it’s a joy to welcome friends and family into my home. I love interior decorating, hiking and chai tea.
Teaching the Word of God fuels my fire—uncovering His mysteries and declaring His goodness. I love His truth. I love to study it, declare it and stand up for it, because it’s His glorious truth which sets captive hearts free and restores nations. One of my greatest joys is to see those around me experiencing the love of Jesus, and I live for encounters with His Spirit.
When Jesus walks into a room, it’s transformative. Hearts are healed, stories are redeemed. True identities reignite in the power of His forgiveness, and callings are birthed in His glory. I love His power to save and to heal. Nothing sets my feet to dancing faster than watching someone lost get found or seeing the sick get restored.
I grew up in the Church. As men and women of faith, my grandparents and parents left me a legacy for which I’m profoundly grateful: pastors and their wives, business men and women, parents raising the next generation of world changers—all releasing the Kingdom of God into their sphere of influence. I gave my life to Jesus at age seven and was filled with the Holy Ghost at thirteen. My husband and I have been ministering together since we were dating. It’s been a wild ride, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
I’ve been married to Christopher for thirty-three years, and together we share the joy of four children, three kids in-love and four grandchildren.
I spent twenty years of my life as a home educator: a string of joyful, hard-won days filled with priceless memories and perpetual messiness. The death-to-self of that season often felt excruciating, an intense call to narrow focus and intentional discipleship. Lots of mornings crying in the shower. But His grace was always more than enough. And the fruit has been nothing less than glorious.
In 2015, my husband and I co-founded CANOPI, a ministry to pastors and leaders in Central America. Because the organization is based in Costa Rica, we spent time as a family living in that nation. The teacher became a student, and I learned more than I could have anticipated. I realized what need actually looks like, what risk truly feels like. I learned how to do without, yet be overwhelmed by blessing. I embraced contentment and rejected fear. And I watched God move in ways which I had never before seen. Eyesight restored. Tumors disappearing. Hearts mended and spirits delivered from demonic oppression. It was Holy Spirit boot camp for this Bible believer, and it transformed me.
In 2018, I released a women’s Bible study called Bless. Birthed from a desire to encourage women towards wholehearted praise, it’s a bit of a spiritual push and another bit prose.
Along with three amazing friends, I cofounded The Prophetic Collective, a ministry dedicated to training and empowering women in their spiritual gifts. Together we have the joy of shepherding a tribe of intercessors and prophetic voices who desire to build up and strengthen the global Body of Christ.
Chris and I oversee a band of house churches called Newsong. Scattered across the western United States, we are a collective of lovers and warriors who are eager to disciple others into intimacy with Jesus. Nothing has given us greater joy in ministry than raising up these leaders to run in their calling. We are blessed to fellowship with them, honored to serve them and humbled to cover them.
Chris and I also launched a publishing company called Streamroots. Originally serving as an imprint label for my own works, Streamroots is growing with other authors and titles.
In this current year, 2024, I’m excited to share that I’ve just released a new book entitled Into the Wilderness, which you can learn more about here.
As you take time to linger here at TiffanyNesbitt.com, I pray that “the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places…(Ephesians 1:17-20).”
May your life-roots be watered deeply in His goodness and strengthened in His unfailing love!
“And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.
May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.
He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins” (Colossians 1:9-14).
